Comfy bed and spacious room

The location is perfect. It’s near rotonda so it’s walking distance from malls, hospital and shops. They offer good good buffet breakfast and the hotel staff are all very nice!

Some parts of the hotel/rooms are newly renovated except for the restroom, ref (old and untidy) and the bed sheets. Hope they can also invest on quality sheets.

its an little old school building and old school vibe, we loved our stay, we will come back for sure. I was leaving the country and would have want to extend but we even have to leave earlier than check out time because there's just no time.

Nothing really, cant complain at all. I love the staff, they are very inviting. and since I'm with friends we are just all over the place and making jokes and noise but they are very accommodating and even laugh with us.

There's a need to fix the door knobs in some of the rooms particularly our room because they don't readily open.

Hotel allows late check-in. Staff was accommodating and friendly even late at night.

Water was via dispenser in the hallway. Ran out of water at night. No extra container for cold water, electric kettle only.

Shower water heater could be more user friendly, and bunk beds were too low, couldn’t sit properly on bed.

room is not clean enough and there were a lot of mosquitos inside. the first room that was reserved to us had a terrible aircon noise so we were transferred to another room. food is ok. i was expecting a breakfast buffet though.

Accessible. The room is neat and pool as well but please improve the internet or wifi connection. But highly recommended for those who doesn't mind the internet /wifi.

The hotel is actually an old hotel, facilities are okay, beds are quite old yet still comfy. The location of the hotel is accessible to any of Tagaytay's premier tourist spots and really a great choice that we booked here.

I like the place because it's near business establishment like groceries, Fast food and even on Mall's and on transportation like bus, jeep or tricycle are very accessible. Hotel environment is very good in Cleanliness.

Front office doesn't know about operation hrs of other dept. inaccurate info about dining rate. Lack of product knowledge. Upon arrival room amenities are incomplete. Not properly clean upon arrival.

Big zero it’s nothing to like :(

The most disgusting and filthy hotel which I slept, the smell of mold in the rooms and the entire hotel. The toilet and shower are dirty with a broken floor, the water in the sink is just cold water. On the second day around midnight, I saw a mouse running in the room, and I'm trembling with fear. I opened the door in my room And I ran to the reception that the whole lobby was dark and I found the girl who works at the front desk Sleeping on the couch I woke her up, and in a trembling voice, I told her I had mouse in my room Beside her on a separate couch Sleeping a guy who works in a hotel that she woke him up And in their language, she told him what I complained about The guy went to the room and started looking for the mouse But finding a mouse in the middle of the night is not that easy so he gave up and he moved me to other room so we hade to move all my stuff from room to room . Of course my fear of the mouse still was so I could not sleep and stayed awake the all night . In the morning no representative of the hotel came to me or apologized to the unforgettable night. And I didn't get any compensation for the aggravation , So I find the Booking site that advertises the hotel to compensate me for the aggravation that has caused me Also gives a good grade to a hotel that not really hotel only it’s look like a shelter for homeless people . No room maid no change sheets or towel or any cleaning room it’s a really a shame that Booking.com Advertises and recommends this stinking place. I want to compensate for the aggravation I have caused, and I see that Booking.com And I see that your site recommends and gives high score and see I see you're responsible for knowledge us costumer with correct information So I ask booking. Com to compensate for advertising hotel that is not hotel . I would like to receive an answer within 7 days or refer to a lawyer

The location is awesome, walking distance from the view of Tagaytay lake. The hotel is big and nice, with an open swimming pool, possibility to breakfast and dinner.

I think the hotel needs an overall restoration. It's not bad, but you can see the years in the furniture.
